ndis Support

Funding is available for eligible participants through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Therapeutic horticulture services can be funded under the NDIS if they meet the reasonable and necessary criteria, supporting goals related to:

  • social and community participation,
  • skill development,
  • and overall well-being.

These activities are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, fostering a connection with nature and community. Whether you're interested in hands-on gardening, peaceful walks, or creative floral arrangements, there's something to suit your preferences and needs.

Research has shown that gardening can help people through periods of difficulty in their lives; it has been shown to provide significant reductions in depression and anxiety, improved social functioning and resilience.1
